I’m finally getting into the mood for school and I just stayed up till 1AM yesterday to finish maths. /yawns/ I should write the next NYT Bestseller titled “Life of a Sad Student” (just kidding!). And I should visit my pillow (not kidding). ANYWAY!! Sunday Post :)

WHAT’S HAPPENING?
Jamie from The Perpetual Page-Turner shares her obsession over book acknowledgements and I really love the examples she gave! We all know writing a book is a long and tiring process but these moving, heartfelt thanks are just <3 I’m going to be reading every single one of them acknowledgements too, that’s where we really learn about the author!
Blogging Scandals are on the rise again. Wendy Darling from The Midnight Garden posted her experience with a plagiarist and so did Giselle from Xpresso Reads, with screenshots of word-lifting. It’s kindof… Depressing :(

Wow, I never saw that cover of Speechless before. I prefer the American cover, I think those letters on the cover just looks funny and doesn’t match the rest of the cover.

I didn’t know of this cover either (until I saw it on Netgalley) and I thought it appealed to a different audience than the white American cover, it’s much more eyecatching for people like me who ADORE BLUEEEE! Haha, just some random thoughts, but I agree the title looks like kindergarten’s font xD

I saw this theme on the WordPress dashboard and I know I have to use it– the moving fishes are awfully adorable! I’m reading and enjoy Speechless, but there are some issues on bullying that disturb me :/
That’s unfortunate to hear since I have it to read, but I hope things change and you end up smoothing out all the disturbances you have with Speechless! :)
Bullying is the main issue here so not sure if I get to escape from that! Loving the characters though, the plot is really good :D

I haven’t seen any of those books before, but they look good. I love reading the acknowledgements in books for some reason. Especially when the author thanks bloggers! Thanks for stopping by my haul this week. I’ll let you know how Article 5 is.

I have to admit I am steering clear of the blogger drama. You start following it and you get all absorbed and you can waste a lot of time. Besides it makes me feel yucky. I rather liked Incarnate but hated the cliffhanger, haven’t read Asunder yet. I also need to read Speechless. Hope you go find that pillow soon!
Exactly, once I get absorbed, I’ll be all stalking for information and neglecting what I’m supposed to do (hint Maths hint)… And end up feeling even worse about all the dirty dealings happening :( Incarnate disappointed me quite a bit so I’m not sure if I’ll pick up Asunder, but I’m definitely loving Speechless!
